Welcome to the Faculty Portal. This site will be used to:
- View and confirm Accommodation Letters:
Faculty may view these letters online and confirm receipt of these documents.
- View/confirm test dates made by students registered at the DSS:
The online faculty portal lists all exams that students have signed up to take the DSS Testing Center.
- Initiate testing dates for classes of students registered at the DSS:
Faculty may make the appointment before students do. This information will be received and administered by DSS Testing Center staff.
- Upload testing documents and instructions:
Faculty may upload and submit tests, quizzes and exams directly through Clockwork. They can also indicate special instructions and return method.
Accommdationing DSS Test, Quiz or Exam Requests:
- Assessment materials may be uploaded via Clockwork, emailed to dss@grcc.edu or hand delivered to the DSS Testing Center in 358 Student Center Building.
- All effort should be made to upload or deliver materials to the DSS Testing Center (358 Student Center Building) by noon on the day prior to the test date.
- If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at 616-234-3597.
- If you encounter any problems using Clockwork, please refresh your internet browser and try again.
- If you continue to encounter any issues, please contact the DSS Testing Center at dss@grcc.edu or 616-234-3597.
NOTE: Classes will only appear in ClockWork if an active DSS student is enrolled in the course.
